Faithful presence
We seek the way of Jesus in how we lead, serve, and make decisions.
About FEIVA
A network for faithful influence across the region.
FEIVA Global Network exists to strengthen Christian leaders across ministry, leadership, and the marketplace — creating room for faith, wisdom, and shared purpose to take root across Australia and the Pacific.
Our story
Connection makes the work stronger.
Across Australia and the Pacific Islands, Christians are leading in churches, workplaces, businesses, and communities with a deep desire to see faith expressed in everyday life.
FEIVA Global Network was formed to help these leaders find one another — to encourage shared learning, meaningful relationships, and a more connected expression of Christian leadership across the region.
Our vision
Faith that shapes leadership. Leadership that serves the world.
We envision a connected Christian network where leaders are formed deeply, supported generously, and equipped to bring hope into every sphere of influence.
Regional belonging
We honour the distinct people, places, and cultures that make up our region.
Generous collaboration
We make room for honest conversation, practical wisdom, and mutual encouragement.
Whole-life discipleship
We believe calling can be lived with purpose in ministry, leadership, and work.
Leadership
Built with people who lead from conviction and care.
FEIVA is shaped by a growing community of leaders, practitioners, and builders who bring experience from ministry, business, and community life. Leadership is shared through relationship, prayer, and a commitment to serve the region well.
